Hi there! I’m Tonya, founder of Gather Well.

For years I’ve helped create events, celebrations, and spaces where people feel welcomed, seen, and connected.

Along the way, I’ve learned that the gatherings people look back on most fondly are defined by the conversations, the laughter, the moments of connection, and yes, sometimes even the tears.

Thoughtful details help create the atmosphere where those meaningful moments can unfold. Before the first conversation begins, they communicate care and intentionality. Those details quietly shape the experience in ways people may never notice, yet they’ll remember how they felt long after the gathering ends.

Gather Well exists to help create those spaces—to bring your vision to life, from planning through setup, so you can be fully present for the moments that matter most.

Every project is a team effort. While I’m helping clients make design decisions and thoughtfully bringing every detail together, my husband, Rick (though you’ll typically hear me call him Red) is often behind the scenes building backdrops, solving logistical puzzles, and finding creative solutions that help turn those ideas into reality.

What started as a love for gathering people around my table has grown into a business dedicated to helping others gather well.
