What kinds of gatherings do you help with?

Gather Well is designed for gatherings of all kinds—from celebrations and showers to dinners, retreats, ministry events, corporate gatherings, and meaningful everyday moments. If you’re bringing people together and would like a little help making it feel thoughtful and welcoming, we’d love to hear about it.

What services does Gather Well offer?

Our services can be tailored to the kind of help you need. That might include a consultation to help you develop a plan, sourcing and rentals, florals, event styling, setup, or support throughout the gathering itself. You don’t have to fit neatly into a package before reaching out.

What if I’m not sure what I need?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have a theme, color palette, Pinterest board, or detailed plan before contacting us. We can start with what you know—who you’re gathering, what you’re celebrating or creating, and how you want people to feel—and build from there.

Do you offer consultations without full-service styling?

Yes. Sometimes what you need most is another set of eyes, a little direction, or help turning all of your ideas into a plan. Consultations can be a great fit if you want to handle the gathering yourself but would feel more confident with some guidance along the way.

Can I rent items from Gather Well without hiring you to style my event?

Yes. Gather Well offers a curated collection of rental pieces that can be used on their own or incorporated into a larger styling plan. Availability will depend on your date and the pieces you need.

Do you provide flowers?

Yes. Gather Well offers floral options for select gatherings, including arrangements and centerpieces using fresh flowers, quality artificial florals, or a combination of both. Our Bloom Bars always feature fresh flowers, giving guests the opportunity to create a bouquet of their own.

Do you work with a specific budget?

Gatherings don’t have to be elaborate or expensive to be meaningful. Because every gathering is different, we’ll talk about your priorities and budget early in the process and help determine where Gather Well can make the biggest difference.

How far in advance should I reach out?

Earlier is always helpful, especially if your gathering requires rentals, florals, sourcing, or custom elements. But don’t hesitate to reach out if your date is approaching—we’re happy to check availability and see what may still be possible.

Where does Gather Well serve?

Gather Well is based in the Clear Lake/Houston area and provides in-person services throughout the surrounding area. If your gathering is outside our service area, virtual consultations are also available. We can help you think through your space, develop a plan, source items, and make confident decisions from wherever you are.

How do I get started?
